He notices Claire Bennet when he almost hits her with his car. The two strike up a friendship in Biology class.[7] West has a philosophy that people are either Aliens or Robots. [9] Robots, in his opinion, are those who act normal and question nothing- the kind of people who don't "look up". Aliens are unafraid to be different, like West.
He asks Claire in which category she belongs, wondering where she fits in the social hierarchy of the school. He notices that she makes a point not to be noticed. At the end of the first episode of the second season, West is found to possess the power of flight, and is seen hovering outside of Claire's bedroom window. He also displays a strong interest in Claire. In "Lizards", while observing her through a window, West learns of Claire's ability when he witnesses her regrow a severed toe.
Claire and West seem to strike up something in the episode "Kindred", sharing a kiss after West literally sweeps her off her feet during her anger, flying them to a beach.
West has a scar on his neck similar to the one found on Matt Parkman and Claude. When asked about this by Claire, he tells her that he noticed it after a mysterious encounter with a man wearing horn-rimmed glasses. | itu info dari om wiki
